At Sajú we strive to reduce the post-consumer environmental impact of our products. That is why, whenever it is within our reach, we will fix our clients' used frames. The purpose of this offer is not to promote the misuse of our products, which is why if we evidence deliberate mistreatment on the part of the client, we reserve the right to fix it.

The "lifetime free fixes" mentioned on this page only cover frames. Lenses and other elements of glasses do not apply to this offer.

If we cannot fix the frames, we will have our "MULTI-CLEAR" offer available to the client with which the client can receive benefits for their next frame in exchange for delivering their defective frame.

We strive to deliver the best quality product. We carry out intense quality control on all our references to ensure that they are capable of supporting the uses for which they have been designed. If you consider that a product purchased in any of our physical or virtual stores has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please go to the point where you purchased it or contact us to inspect the product. If the damage or quality problem is due to this cause, you will be given an exchange for another product or your money will be refunded.

The useful life of any Sajú product depends on the particular use made of it and the conditions of use. Warranty exchanges will not be accepted on products damaged through normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product.


The purpose of our warranty is to make the Sajú product functional again. Consequently, there are cases that we expressly exclude from our guarantee:

  • Bites from dogs, cats, or any other animal.
  • Scratches on the lenses of the Sajú glasses.
  • Breakage of the lenses of the Sajú glasses.
  • Deliberate mistreatment of any of the Sajú products.
  • Damage caused by water or humidity to non-water resistant products.
  • Accidents or force majeure events that cause damage to Sajú products.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions for use of the product.
  • Any type of damage caused by normal and habitual use of the product.

In the event that the product subject to warranty is not available or is discontinued in the same color, model, or design, the Customer must choose a product from those that are available at the time of requesting the warranty.

In the case of Sajú glasses, if the same colors are not currently available for the frame mix, the most similar mix possible will be chosen from production for the new glasses. The Client may not decide to change the colors, model, color or specifications of the lens at the time of making the warranty effective.
