Shipping, guarantees and returns

Guarantees will be exchanged and accepted for items purchased in our physical stores in Bogotá and Medellín or on our website through our customer service email:

You can return your purchase made in our physical stores or virtual store within a period of 30 days from the billing date. If the return is made outside of this period or the item has been used, Sajú will not be able to make the exchange or refund your money.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product has not been used.
To make a return follow the following steps:

  1. For purchases made in a physical store: go to our store with the item(s) you wish to exchange. They will only be accepted if they have not been used and are in perfect condition.
  2. For purchases made on the website: Contact us by calling the Customer Service Line +57 3504246318 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, or by sending an email to to get started the return process.


We strive to deliver the best quality product. We carry out intense quality control on all our references to ensure that they are capable of supporting the uses for which they have been designed. If you consider that a product purchased in any of our physical or virtual stores has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please go to the point where you purchased it or contact us to inspect the product. If the damage or quality problem is due to this cause, you will be given an exchange for another product or your money will be refunded.

The useful life of any Sajú product depends on the particular use made of it and the conditions of use. Warranty exchanges will not be accepted on products damaged through normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product.
