How long does it take for my order to arrive?

At Sajú we make our shipments with the best carriers in the country. Orders take 2 to 6 business days to arrive.

Do you ship anywhere in Colombia?

Yes, we are proudly Colombians and that is why we do not deprive anyone of having Sajú.

How to change a Sajú?

Once you receive your product, you have 15 days to make the change.

The change does NOT apply if the product has been used.

If your product has a factory defect, SAJÚ assumes the shipping costs.

If you want to make an exchange for a personal reason, you assume the shipping costs.

They have a guarantee?

All of our products have a 90-day factory warranty after purchase. The useful life of Sajú products depends on their care and conditions of use, which is why the warranty does NOT apply to products damaged by normal use or wear and tear.
