When they were ready to export their star product, glasses cords, to 5 countries in Latin America, the pandemic generated panic among their distributors, who decided to postpone the arrival.

Founded in 2017, Sajú makes “accessories for accessories” and has extended its portfolio to accessories for cell phones and cameras. Sales at physical points – own stores and multi-brand stores – were reduced to zero. All this impacted April sales vs. in 2019, which fell by 90% while costs remained the same.

They began to sell masks, 'ear savers', hooks - so as not to have to touch doors or elevator buttons -, among other products. They say that with these strategies they have been able to maintain 100% of the operational positions in the workshop and open new vacancies.
